We offer three levels of Pilates, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Beginner is no experience required or if you prefer a gentler Pilates session. Intermediate is for those who have been going to Pilates classes regularly and are familiar with Pilates exercises. Advanced is for those who have around a year's experience of regularly practising Pilates and feel comfortable in doing the full classical Pilates exercises.
Aroma - Pilates
It has long been understood that certain aromas can help stimulate us in a given way. During this classical Pilates class we will use aromatherapy scents to help stimulate you in a certain way. This class will consist of the usual classical Pilates class followed by a period of relaxation letting the aromatherapy scents work their magic.
TRX System Circuit Training
The TRX system, which stands for Total Resistance Exercises was developed by a former U.S Navy seal. The TRX system circuit uses the TRX straps to suspend your body and then uses your own body weight as resistance. Every movement you do requires an integration of core, mobility, stability, strength, balance and coordination in a full body workout.
Pilates with small equipment
Introducing small equipment into classes such as Pilates balls, bands, rings and weights. As with pilates classes we offer 3 levels of Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. We would recommend that you have attended some regular Pilates sessions before you move on to a class with small equipment.
